Nana Ana’s Playhouse™ Refund Policy

At Nana Ana’s Playhouse™, we value our families and understand that plans may change. This policy is designed to provide clarity while ensuring fairness for all guests. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Open Play

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled playtime are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made on the same day of your scheduled playtime are not eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule your play session for another available date.

Birthday Parties

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all party bookings. This deposit is non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel your party, you may reschedule to another available date, but no refund will be issued for the deposit.

• If the party was paid in full and you choose to cancel, 50% of the total payment will be refunded. The remaining balance is non-refundable.

Agreement

Once payment is made, you are confirming your acceptance of this refund policy.
